lovely isn't it? like one of those magazines advertising real estate properties. strangely enough, (must be the lighting and shadow) but it also kinda reminds me of those J. Witnesses booklets full of perfect images.
i'd love to live here if not for its hot weather... but better than Manila and Bangkok...
this is so far my favorite setting, children cooling-off in the pool while their parents are doing business or shopping in those buildings behind. perfect for a hot and humid city.

i noticed the element of water being ever-present around the area. that has something to do with the science of fengsui.

I echo what my friend who lives in Malaysia said, that Malaysia is a good country to live. A relatively new country, very much less populated, multi-ethnic and much less pollution. However, religious fanaticism is just no good wherever it is found. Glad that there is not much of it in KL, but I heard few stories of it in the northern provinces.

the place looks so clean. how hot does it get in KL? one thing i can't stand in Manila is the heat...still, i'm not a fan of Manila anyway even it it gets cooler there.

klcc park, in those pictures, reminds me of lomphini in bangkok. an area of green amidst towering concrete and steel.

Kayni, typical lowland heat, perhaps temperature is like manila but minus the pollution and crowd, plus the trees in KL makes it a better tropical lowland place.. :-)

Yep, Angeli, however, Lumphini is still an enclosed park separate from the towering concretes, it has a gate and exit which separates it from the city. KLCC is itself the huge park, including the greens and the pools.

woow...given the chance, i would rather visit KL than SG or Bangkok hihi. i really like it when all cultures and religion thrives peacefully - in one place.

Hi Karissa, no, i'm not based in KL, just traveled there 2007-08. yes i think it's rainy season there now, but i heard rainy season there does not last for months like in the Phils. goodluck to your trip, enjoy it to the bits!
